For Sale: This 2008 Porsche Boxster S is a rare RS 60 Spyder, one of only 1,960 ever produced. This particular car holds designation number 120.
This car has only had two owners, with the most recent ownership change occurring in 2016 with 11,000 miles on the odometer. The CarFax on this vehicle is incorrect, stating ownership change in 2021. However, 2021 was when the car was re-titled in Maine when the current owner changed residence.
MECHANICAL
Sitting in the mid-position is a 3.2L 6-cylinder boxer engine that sends power to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission with a limited-slip differential. The RS 60 Spyder comes with more power than the standard S, making 302 horsepower.
The Boxster S RS 60 Spyder came standard with 19-inch staggered aluminum alloy wheels – 8 inches wide in the front and 9.5 inches wide in the rear. Bridgestone Potenza RE050A tires keep this car planted to the asphalt with 235/35R19 in the front and 265/35R19 in the rear which were installed in 2020. Bringing the car to a stop are 4-piston calipers in the front and rear with drilled rotors. Additionally, RS 60 Spyder variants came standard with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM).
EXTERIOR
